PhotoSwipe Cleaner is provided as a local camera-roll cleanup tool. Swipe Keep, Delete, and Protect decisions only stage items. Nothing is deleted automatically. Removal happens only after you review the queue and, on Android 11 and newer, confirm Android's system delete request. Canceling that request leaves files in place.
You are responsible for the items you choose to stage or remove. Camera Roll Score is a motivational cleanliness indicator, not a device-health, security, or data-loss diagnosis. Cleanup results should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or archival advice.
After a confirmed delete, Android or an OEM gallery may keep a copy in system Trash. PhotoSwipe Cleaner treats trashed items as outside the accessible library and does not offer in-app undelete from Trash. Thumbnail, screenshot, and screen-recording classification uses on-device metadata and may miss OEM folders that do not follow common naming.
Optional PhotoSwipe Cleaner Pro is sold through Google Play as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Play's refund, cancellation, and subscription rules apply. Missing Play or ads configuration does not unlock Pro and does not block free manual cleanup.
Purchases and subscriptions: Google Play handles billing, receipts, refunds, renewal, and cancellation. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play; cancellation does not by itself create a refund.
Restore Purchases: The app may restore eligible Google Play purchases on a compatible device and account. Restore does not bypass Google Play purchase checks.
Acceptable Use: Use the app lawfully and only with media you are authorized to access or remove. Do not interfere with the app, misuse permissions, bypass purchase checks, or violate another person's rights.
Intellectual Property: The app, code, branding, text, and original assets belong to the developer of PhotoSwipe Cleaner or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the app as intended.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The app is provided as available, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for backups and reviewing every removal request.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of PhotoSwipe Cleaner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss arising from media selection, Android or OEM behavior, service interruption, or system Trash handling.
Changes to the App or Terms: Features, availability, pricing, and these terms may change as the app evolves. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
Termination: You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Access may end if you breach these terms or if the app is withdrawn. Surviving sections remain effective.

The application is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. V1 phone UI is portrait-only. Similar-photo, blur, best-shot, and video-compression features are not part of this release.
